Craig has specialised in qualitative and quantitative research, needs analysis, strategic planning, feasibility analysis, business optimisation, master and concept planning, open space planning and capital development projects.

Craig has an extensive experience in the tourism, heritage and event sector particularly around creating new opportunities to generate revenue and attract new markets. He also has wide experience in strategic planning and organisational structures and has been involved in amalgamations, restructuring and redefining organisations for success.
